The upper half of your newsletter's back page can contain additional articles, or you can choose a feature such as a resident survey, suggestion form, resident referral promotion, crossword puzzle, recipes, and more. All of these features are created for you to simply select from a menu of choices. You can do something different with the back page of every issue!
The colorful calendar that appears at the bottom of the back page is a great way to inform residents of community events, holiday office hours, scheduled pest and maintenance services, and of course, rent reminders. If you choose, with a click of your mouse, turn your calendar into a "fun" version, complete with historical dates of interest, celebrity birthdays, etc.
